Cuba - Havana Meat Market
An impromptu outdoor meat market opens without warning on a back street in Alta Havana. Notice that there is a small electric radio in the back for music, but ho electricity to keep the meat refrigerated. It would be nice to help the meat stay cold but the meat really is not in the make-shift market long enough that it matters. The small neighborhood store only had to open the front and all the meat was sold in just a few hours. Then the marketeers were gone. Hair nets are not required, in fact shirts are not required. It is Cuba.
